Café Closed: Gone on Mission
For the next two weeks Café Seminoid will be closed while I am abroad. God has given me a phenomenal opportunity to help train pastors in a remote region, high up in the Himalayas, where theological training is unattainable. I’m being deliberately vague about the location for the safety of the pastors, many of whom are under threat of persecution.
If you want to pray for the trip, here are the top three requests:
1. Pray that the pastors who are travelling, many by foot through the icy Himalayan mountains, will arrive safely in good health.
2. Pray for me and the other pastor who will be meeting me that we maintain a level of health to be able to teach non-stop for a week (last time I was almost laid low by an alien virus!)
3. Pray that the Holy Spirit would help the pastors see the glory of Christ and understand the depth of theology, even through translation and cultural obstacles.
Thanks!
-Clint.
